60 participants from 30 developing countries: Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cameroon, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Lebanon, Macedonia, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Senegal, Slovak, Tanzania, Togo, Turkey, Venezuela, Zimbabwe. In addition there is one participant from the Netherlands and one from the USA. 44 of the participants were selected from the 231 applicants who applied through the ICTP web site. The others are participants that Joe Niemela has recruited from the ICTP visiting scientists in the Associate and Federation Schemes and from the PhD program in fluid dynamics at the University of Trieste. These ICTP/Trieste program participants were a great addition to the school.
